One of our helpers wrote this the other day.

I have a young mother who is separated from her children and trying to find housing for them all. She is struggling and is extremely stressed. She comes in tonight and said even though she had a really bad day she knew she would feel better after visiting us. All she wanted was a hug and to know someone cares about her.
 
Another man said I know you hear a lot of terrible stories but life is really hard. I said I need you to come visit us because we are family and we are here to help. He said he has come to understand that. 
 
A mother came in who had lost her job and has her grown children and grandchildren living with her. She lost her food stamps and had no idea how she was going to feed her family. How depressed she is and wouldn’t ask for help but she doesn’t know what else to do. I said we are here for you and your family just let us know what you need.
 
A woman who is a regular and we have become close. I can tell something is wrong and I just embrace her in a hug. She just cried and told me about being in the hospital with terrible pain. But she needed to come visit us today. She needed family. 
 
This is just a glimpse into our life at Clothed in Righteousness. The Holy Spirit fills the space. I believe each person who enters the doors is touched by the Holy Spirit and has a little more peace and love and warmth in their heart. The majority of the clients will look you in the eye after our interaction and say God Bless You!!!!
 
I am blessed for just having the opportunity to be a part of this ministry. If you want to feel your true God given purpose. Help someone who can never do anything for you in return.
